So basically I felt pushed off the important customer list which was the exact opposite of how she made me feel leading up to this last message she left… Maybe I had her made out completely wrong after all… Thought she was great but I guess it’s just for the initial review apparently!?! It’s really too bad because she had me fooled. Oh and I have been patiently waiting for her reply to why she was being so short and bluntly rude really, & she still hasn’t responded to my messages…. So I retract my original statements about her & her kindness! It’s fake! The casino is pretty good but they should hire people that actually care about their paying customers & not just about the review that they might leave! Susan Driggs is one hell of an actress! Be careful, the kindness is a façade! Once she gets what she needs from you, you be pushed to the side for somebody else to be tricked into leaving a quality review….
