The last time it was delayed but within a few hours I received it. This time I submitted redemption yesterday and it’s still pending while I get the run around of compliance needing to review it. I am fully verified and have already redeemed. I think they are trying not to pay me out. I won’t recommend this site and I will be deleting my account once I receive my money. Customer service is very nice, which is why I gave 2 stars.
