I really did enjoy their site but that all changed recently when they started messing with my redemptions. I had redeemed several times with them before and I didn't have a problem but what I want a decent amount of money they started rejecting all my redemptions. and then they wouldn't send out any information or let me know why and I just didn't get it because I just redeemed with them a couple times the last week and now they want to reject my redemptions when nothing has changed so. and not informing me or any customer service at all and just say the same thing over and over that it's under review that it's under review but whatever I am not having a good experience anymore with them. Still no redemption that was issued on 11-10-25!
