The very 1st time I played I wanted to make sure they were legit. So I played won a small amount and redeemed my prize. After much back and forth I did finally get my prize. However I play many different platforms and I play often. I went back to sweeps royal and won a little over 2k. Which isn't much and surly shouldn't be a problem for the platform to make good on. Well the platform says instant redemptions. I redeemed at a little b4 11am yesterday 10/17/25 and at 3pm I check to see if i had received my prize. NOTHING AND ACTUALLY THE WINNINGS WERE PUT BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT. LIKE I NEVER EVEN REDEEMED. So I contacted the SO CALLED SUPPORT who doesnt tell you anything other than they " they don't know" and " you should see it soon" and "check your email". I NEVER RECEIVED NOT 1 EMAIL!! So I redeemed for a 2nd time. Check back at 6pm same thing. Winnings put back into my account. Contact the so called support. Same crap. So I redeemed for now a 3rd time Check back again at 11pm. SAME THING. WINNINGS BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT. So i do the same back and forth and get no where. So i redeem for a FOURTH TIME. Checked a few hours after i woke up and still nothing. But the money isn't in my account now. Its ridiculous. And the whole time they have the audacity to tell me PLEASE CONTINUE PLAYING AND ENJOYING SWEEP ROYAL. REALLY?? WHY WOULD I CONTINUE PLAYING WHEN IT FEELS LIKE I AM GETTING RIPPED OFF. So I will keep updating but unless u see i have updated this. DO NOT PLAY THIS PLATFORM. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE UR MONEY. THERE ARE FAR MORE OTHER TRUST WORTHY SITES TO PLAY.
