It’s a shame to have to leave a negative review because I have not had a terrible gameplay experience but customer support on this site is horrendous and the only way they seem to reply is if you do this. They advertise instant redemptions and that’s not even close to the case. Once you submit a redeem they make you wait hours on end and good luck getting ahold of anyone. You can send multiple emails to support and they never answer. The chat isn’t helpful either. They give you generic “submitting a ticket” and never actually do anything. The VIP host, Mike, at least tries to help but obviously he has no pull either. This site has potential to be a good one but the false advertisement and terrible customer support ruin it. At least CCC states 24-48 hours. If it’s going to take that long say it. Don’t advertise something and not live up to it.
