I have been waiting on my redemption since Friday at 2:09pm. I have spoken to multiple agents , and because they have a lot of scammers it’s taking longer. Why should that affect me, I’m a normal person just playing for fun, and got lucky!! but no real answers as to when my redemption will be on my debit card. This is the 2nd redemption. The 1st one was on my card within 2 hours , I have been waiting almost 4 days now. I redeemed to the same debit card, so I don’t understand what the hold up is. Please please make this right!!! The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because I have redeemed once before, and the customer service agents have tried to help as much as they could.
