I really wish I can give this five stars because I play on their sister website speed sweeps and I am almost a diamond member because of how great they are. However, this platform has given me something with problems. They take a long time for redemptions and now as a recent, my problem is, I am trying to literally redeem $100. I have been verified for several weeks and all of a sudden it’s asking me to verify my account I messaged their support last night and they told me that on their end I am fully verified. So they had to raise a ticket to their technical support team. Meanwhile, I still haven’t heard anything back from them. I still can’t make a redemption. This is absolutely ridiculous.
