I legitimately won 2500 on 10-6-25 and they rejected my redemption for a week (10-11-2025). Even though, I collected previous before the rejection. I was fully verified, sent every document I could think of to show that I’m a real person with a legitimate bank account and they refused to pay me. On top of that they sent me an email and said I was good to go for verification and they still rejected my redemption. It’s a hard lesson to learn and now I see that online casinos do not have to pay you if they don’t want too. Forgive my English, I’m pissed off that they did me like that. I want to thank them for making me aware of the bull crap. I lost trust in all online casinos after going through this madness. I canceled every online casinos account I had. Trust is a big factor and when you lose trust it’s time to leave them alone. I hope you guys have some luck with your play. I’m done with online casinos.
