Let me start by pointing out that this is LITERALLY the FIRST TIME I have EVER awarded a perfect score in ANY review (of which I have done MANY).. no matter how earthshatteringly amazing my experience was in the past, I have always managed to include in every prior review a point of contention, that, wheb remedied, would earn that much desired perfect score. In other words, I'm a HUGE proponent of the stern belief there is always room for improvement...THAT SAID, this review got 5/5 bc i have no constructive feedback! I was thoroughly impressed and pleasantly surprised with each and every aspect of SweepsRoyal Casino! By far (n I'm talking by LEAPS & BOUNDS) the MOST NOTABLE & ENJOYABLE part of the entire experience was my interaction with the Live Chat/Customer Service Agent named Patricia Jones! I had initiated the live chat session for the sad, sole purpose of just basically venting about my recent poor luck. HOWEVER, Patricia's wherewithal and cheery disposition immediately stopped my pity party in its tracks! She THEN went on to provide a small boost of extra funds to try again! This site is great, but I seriously doubt it ever could have earned this perfect score without their saving grace, aka their guardian angel on the other end of the live customer service chat. Basically, Patricia Jones is the reason this Casino earns this 5-star review!Dont get me wrong! There is alot to like about how SweepsRoyal Casino is run, but only one thing to love...So if upper managent (or at least Patricia's immediate boss) sees this, show her some love in the form of a promotion/raise/bonus! She's awesome and made my day right away, as I have NO DOUBT she does during each and every interaction! (I mean, I'm pretty special, but not THAT special- AND my special-ness is hard to identify across live chat, lol!)
