Please ignore the fake reviews.This will be a lengthy read but a very important one to read and an important reason to not spent a cent here.Please go use another trusted platform such as CCC who actually pays out. I have played on plenty of sweepstakes casino sites and have never had a problem cashing out, because I always abide by the terms and play honestly. If that sounds like you then be warned that this situation will happen to you if you attempt to play here and win big. Here’s my experience:I won 14000 on sweepsroyal and they did not approve my $3000 (max they allow in one time) redemption. The support team gave me extremely conflicting information. I put in a pending redemption on 9/20. I emailed the support team 3 times for updates and got no email back. I spoke with at least 3 different live chat reps who could not give me anything more than “I will reach out to compliance and follow up”. Of course no one actually ever followed up. On 9/23 I had one live support member, Rowena, tell me my redemption was approved and sent to my financial institution. Then the next day 9/24 I was told by another, Grace, they are looking into my account because someone else created an account on the same ip address as me and they want me to KYC verify the other account to confirm it’s not a duplicate. The only problem is there is no other account, no one else connects to my wifi but me. I have no clue who they are referring to but they held it against me. They even gave me a name of someone I have never met in my life. I informed multiple people of this, even Mike from the telegram channel and he gave me the same answers sorry, no help, no updates, we are working on it. Instant redemption on big wins does not exist here ask other users, better yet don’t even go that far please go play somewhere else don’t get screwed over like me. I have redeem over 80k in wins from CCC I am an honest player who did not violate terms. Of course I have screenshots of everything. My next step is to find out if I have a case here against this scam, not accredited, business.
