When I tried to redeem, it asked me to verify my account, which I did. After redeeming, I waited but received no confirmation or emails. I reached out a few times and got the same unhelpful responses. When I played more and increased my balance to $1,300, I hesitated to redeem again due to advice from their support. They told me to be patient while my request was with some vague team and encouraged me to continue playing. I did, but ended up losing everything. When I decided to close my account, I was told they hadn't processed my redemption because I needed to play through. So, I managed to get my account up to $1,300 but wasn't allowed to cash out that $100? This has been a series of excuses, and I've received no emails about this playthrough requirement. I'm done. 😡
