I went through the procedure and it said I was verified yet when I tried to purchase coins, it said I needed to verify. I contacted customer service, they asked me to resubmit documents, which I did. Then I get an email telling me that my account is suspended. Whatever dude. Guess they will not be around very long. How can they when they just suspend accounts for no reason.
