Purchased 162 in total packages yesterday (march 3, 2026). Got my balance up to 233 and redeemed. Verified my account and was able to redeem. Today I got a message my redemption was canceled, account closed, funds removed. Currently they have refunded only one of my purchases of 50 dollars. I will await to see if they refund the rest of the packages I purchased yesterday. If not, I will be disputing with my card and charging back. Listen to the other one star reviews, they are hoping you lose so they keep your money.
