Ok so I made a bad review the other day cause it’s been really tough trying to cash out. Anyways I have been working with James from customer service and he has been great with helping me get things figured out I had a $1500 cash out and he has walked me through getting my money and I finally have actually got most of it and I’m sure within the next few days my full redemption will be complete. Thank you so much James for helping me and being patient as we figured it out. They have great games and customer service has been great. This is a new casino and I believe everyone is trying to figure out what process works best. I do think once it gets figured out it will be much smoother.
