So I always test my Casino before I refer anyone and before I'll spend more and this Casino has one of the best Customer Service I've ever come across! You'll always run into issues, with any business. For all of the bad reviews you are seeing. That's just people not being understanding of common issues that can arise. So my story, I waited a while for my redemption and I asked about it. The guy James was so cool and nice and referred to stars and galaxies which I thought was super cute! And he tried for hours to help me get my redemption done through ACH because the other way is just backed up and taking a very long time. For some reason I didn't have the option on my page so I finally cashed some out via gift card and got that the next morning! Later today I decided to look again and finally that button was there (to add another card) so for anyone who's been waiting a long time. When you take your money out, Don't click the card you have on file. Go below that and click "Add a new card" that will take you to add your bank and start ACH. That takes less time. I'll update when I get that but since gift cards work and great customer service. 5 STARS IN MY BOOK! AND I know it'll go through! Thank you so much James and all of SweepStars for your great Casino!
