They don't capture emails on the FREE PLAN. On the free plan, you only get to see the first 10 entrants, and then have to upgrade/subscribe to see the others. So there's no point in using this site. I could have just as easily randomly picked a winner in the Facebook comments and saved myself all the trouble of setting up an account and contests (and you cannot attach a picture to it in the Free Plan either). A terrible disappointment. Will be looking for a different contest provider immediately. This one was a complete waste of time. To reply to THEIR reply -- the way you did it was unprofessional. You basically held the emails hostage. If this is how your run your site, I want nothing to do with you. If I had known you were going to hold hostage the emails unless I upgraded to the "pro" plan, I never would have bothered signing up with you at all.
