I have placed an order and paid 15£ for delivery from 10:00 to 14:00. The delivery has arrived at 15:00. I was calling and messaging the store for update and asked for refund of delivery because its been delayed which they refused and blocked me when I mentioned i will leave negative feedback on social media, i do not recommend is you need it on specific time as they dont deliver as stated. And very inpolite , my childs 13th birthday was delayed and spoiled decoration.
