The owner was very communicative up until I received my package. The labubu was fake and had multiple messed up areas. I am very disappointed, I was expecting a top condition labubu instead I received a damaged fake one. I have emailed and texted her on messenger and have yet to hear back. If the owner would reach out to me to resolve this issue I would be completely happy.
