They issued the rebate right on time, as promised, but unfortunately the code provided was no longer valid. I reached out to their customer service via their chat feature on the site and they resolved the issue rather quickly considering it was the weekend. A new rebate was issued, worked perfectly, and I'm very happy with both the item I purchased and their level of care. Will definitely be ordering from Sweet Pet Club again! 😊
