This company can improve by having their website properly updated regularly so that people don't order out of stock items. I ordered 2 beautiful tiaras for my formal, and the next day I got an email that was not only very badly written but told me that both the tiaras I ordered were out of stock. The customer service despite being 24/7, only responds to me at 1:30pm and 8:00pm. Every time I tried to replace my items, I was again told that they were out of stock, even though the website says otherwise. I am now worried that I may not get the items in time despite ordering express shipping, and the free tiara they offered me is quite pretty, but not quite my style, and when I attempted to change it to one that they had previously stated was in stock, I was again told it was not. If you live in Australia, please do not by from this company during EOFY sales. Things may be different at different times of the year, but in this case, the website was atrocious, wouldn't load half the time, and customer service looks like it's written by a robot, or someone who speaks very little or very bad English.
