If BBB could get involved that would be great, but the company appears to do business out of Hong Kong. Do not purchase from them. No reply to refund requests, product was not what was advertised.

Scam business 😡

I ordered a coin back in November this year. All I got was a confirmation. No other email updates. Tried to find how to contact them, but unable to. Just read an article that this was a total scam. Im out of $16.67, and no way to get it back!! I am very upset about this kinda crap!!!!

Never received my Xmas card order …

I ordered Christmas cards the 2nd week in November and still have nit received my order. I have requested a full refund over 5 times and received the same messages over and over. Your order is on its way. Please inspect order and if not satisfied please return. What a horrible company to deal with. I’m eating my cost and will probably never order anything on line again.

FAKE Squishmallow advent calendar

I ordered what was supposed to be a Squishmallow advent calendar. What arrived was what appears to be 24 tiny felt fake imitations that could have been made by children.
