Worst shopping site

Worst shopping site - they claim to deliver mid-SEP (two products); then a month after deliver date they send one link to one product and not the other… Despite serveral conversations with Customer service there is nothing they can do. So, so bad.

The product I ordered arrived fine

The product I ordered arrived fine. The price was adequate, the only problem I have is that it arrived after one and a half month, instead of the expected 10 day delivery. Granted it is because they sent out a second fragrance, after the first one was broken in transport. But still, that means both of the times that they sent it out took longer to deliver than expected. I wrote to sobelia that I would like to have it resent to me, suggesting a discount in the form of free shipment from the original order would be appropriate, but it was ignored. It is not their fault, but they choose the delivery companies. I have seen many reviews like this, so expect a long shipping time if you order, if that is not a problem however, I would order from here again.

Money paid no perfume received

I placed and order. Money was drawn immediately- I never received any confirmation nor the perfume . I wrote in their customer service email and did not hear back . I called on their service line you are just being disconnected . 90 eur down the drain

Mixed feelings

I received my order from Sobelia 20 days after I placed it. Everything arrived in good condition, and the item was as described. However, I think the communication regarding shipping and tracking could be improved. I did receive a tracking link, but it never worked properly - clicking it did nothing, and the order status remained stuck on “ordered.” In my PostNord app, it only showed that shipping information had been received, with no real updates after that.While I was aware that delivery could take up to 15 business days, the lack of updates made me wonder if the order had even been shipped - or worse, if I’d been scammed.As for the perfume, it’s one I’ve worn and loved many times before - but sadly, this bottle didn’t smell the same. Since it’s a discontinued fragrance from 2020, it may simply have aged, or perhaps my sense of smell have changed. I don’t blame Sobelia for that, but I do think it’s worth mentioning for others considering older perfumes.All in all, a very average shopping experience. Not terrible, but not great either.

Lost package and no help to resolve…

Lost package and no help to resolve problem. I ordered a package in January and it was delivered to someone, somewhere that was not authorised. I reached out to Sobelia by email and phone several times. I filled out the declaration form stating that package was never delivered to me. I followed up several times and they still have not resolved the issue. They respond, but not in a helpful way. Be wary when purchasing with this company. I ordered in January and it is now April, but still with no resolution.

I'm always skeptical for using sites…

I'm always skeptical for using sites that I've not used before, especially for high ticket items. This site was no different however they'd proved me wrong by delivering a discontinued perfume which was authentic and in a timely manner. Sure it was quite expensive but was still reasonable given its discontinuation so thank you.I highly recommend for your exclusive high end perfumes from these guys and girls. Thanks again.
