I am an avid S’well customer. I’ve bought in US, having items delivered to my hotel whilst on holiday, I’ve bought and had shipped to U.K. and once they had the operation in the U.K. I’ve bought from there. My son collects Teakwood, I’m Onyx. We’ve desperately been trying to buy 295ml tumblers and can’t get, but when my son saw they did a vitamin pot in teakwood, I thought I’d add onyx tumblers. I tried, they wouldn’t deliver to the U.K., customer service appalling but advised me to ship to someone in America. I actually did. I paid for the goods, followed by a further $26 to get shipped to U.K. and then stung with £20 of duties. I wouldn’t have minded to much but the box only contains the vitamin box, I could’ve had no duties charged with the one item. America customer services don’t care, yes I’ve received a refund for the cups, I actually want them though. Why stop selling items that are popular? Why think it’s ok to short ship? Why rip the customer off?S’well is an amazing product. I absolutely love my bottle; my eats; my roamer; my large tumbler; my straws - hot drinks stay hot; my cold are freezing, but that’s about it where the customer service lies - freezing. They don’t care. I’d of thought better of the company.
