Maybe something has changed with Swift, but the frequent miscommunication and unanswered questions on their internal chat is causing frustration and concerns about their ability to market my book. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, despite the raving reviews.Update: on 1/13/25, Swift asked me to remove the 1-star rating. I asked for a refund in writing several times and it has not been addressed. What I learned: Going forward any time that I see all 5-star ratings on the internet about any service or product, I am going to be suspicious and dig deeper.
