My toes had holes on both feet after just one wear! They have a 14-day return policy, which didn’t allow me to return (I did send a picture two months later, which I know is late, but there are companies that would still honor the return due to a poor experience). The bigger issue is why did I get holes so quickly in the first place? The burden is on the customer to resolve an issue for something they paid a lot for.
