Then the admin lady tried to fleece me out of £400 by turning up and charging me for the full hour after their engineer went over by 5 minutes because he spent 14 minutes looking for his tools in his car. Then the conwoman who poses as both the booking admin and manager instructed his engineer to refuse to leave my property. I refused to pay until they accepted I was serious. NEVER USE THEM, HOW ARE THEY STILL OPERATING IS A JOKE AND A MYSTERY
