Complete charlatans. Used coercion and intimidation to extort huge amounts for actually accomplishing nothing. Literally nothing. Turns out the issue wasn't on my property, but they still managed to spend 3 hours trying to fix it. I actually took them to court and the court found in my favour, but then they flat out refused to pay. Unfortunately, they operate from home, so if I did send the bailiffs in , they would just claim that nothing belongs to the business. So I am out of pocket for £1,250 and I still had to pay to get the problem fixed!
