Absolute scammers. Charged me the emergency rate of £379 AN HOUR even though I had called on the Monday and said it was not an emergency...the plumbers came on that Thursday...how could it have been an emergency?! Total scammers, pressure you into signing the Contract then and there over email, he then buggered off for over two hours and then charged for 5 hours for a relatively simple job. Total bill £3300!!!!!!!!!! He then wouldn't leave until I had paid it that afternoon, wouldn't stop hassling me for it saying he would go straight to debt collectors that afternoon!!!!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS
