I was charged £1,000 for a service that failed to deliver results, including a 15% administration fee that was never explained. This lack of transparency and overcharging feels like a deliberate attempt to take advantage of customers.I cannot recommend this company and would urge others to avoid them. Based on my experience, their service is substandard, their billing practices are questionable, and they lack the professionalism expected in this industry.
