Call out fee is 69£ but they say + VAT so it's 82.80£. I asked how much do you charge and hour and I was told it depends on the work so They hid hourly rate. When the guy came he asked me for an email and then they send an email with cost per hour that is 239£ + VAT that is 2-3x more than other plumbers.During the visit turned out the guy didn't have tools to do the work nor he told me price for the work.
