I, like so many others here, had a shocking experience with Swift Plumbers. They were at my house for 30 minutes, did not fix the problem and charged me £550. They will only EVER do that once.Many others here have suffered in similar circumstances. I gave Swift Plumbers, also by the way known as Emergency Engineers Limited, plenty of opportunity to provide a partial refund against their ludicrous invoice but they ignored me. I warned them I would report them to Trading Standards which I have now done. I'll probably sue them too.They have ripped off the wrong person this time.
