Scammers! Only looking to charge customers without mentioning about the charges! They want to send engineers out to get the call-out fees at least! They wanted to bill me £345 per hour ex VAT + £85 call out charge inc VAT for a simple blocked drainage which I didn’t allow it and I fixed it within 10 minutes due to airflow problem. That could have caused a much costly problem if I allowed him to perform high pressure method despite I told him that the previous inspection mentioned the airflow problem. He told me it might take up to 2 hours so nearly £900 all together for a wrong diagnostic. Poor customer service too as the lady on the phone cut me twice as I asked her for an explanation! Stay away from this company! I lost £85 but I rather save a few people not falling in their trap!
