The delay, lack of transparency, and excessive pricing make this feel like a scam rather than a legitimate service.I strongly advise others to avoid this company. They are misleading customers, overcharging for minor work, and not delivering on their promises. I will be reporting this to Trading Standards and the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA).
