SCAM - avoid at all costs! This company is a blatant scam do not use them. The service and pricing model they tell you on the phone is a lie don’t waste your time, they will not quote you a price for the job instead they charge the call-out fee and £300 an hour (including time to go back to their warehouse for supplies) for average workmanship. You then get shouted at by their staff for questioning what they originally told you I’m 20yrs of property management this easily the worst case of a fraudulent service I have come across. Please save your money ey and go else where.
