Once the engineer arrived he was very quick and efficient and sorted the boiler out for us in 15 minsHowever the price was huge, the call out time was over 3 hours not the 45-69 mins on the website. The lady and gentlemen I spoke to more than once told me things that were not true, and then having promised a non call out fee, they then sent me an invoice with it on. Not very professional and I wouldn't use them again.
