Subject: Extremely Disappointed with My Zenfone 10 PurchaseI recently purchased a Zenfone 10 for $700, expecting an open-box item as advertised. However, what I received was a heavily used phone, clearly several years old, dirty, and even damaged. This is completely misleading and unacceptable.Paying full price for what is essentially a second-hand, worn-out device is incredibly frustrating. I feel deceived by the false description, and I would not recommend this seller to anyone.Very disappointed with this purchase.
