I paid a £50 deposit for a lesson on 20 August. Almost a month later I've not had the lesson scheduled and I was told to keep waiting. This company operates like a scam. Dragging customers along with promises of a lesson but delivers on nothing. They'll "be in touch when a slot becomes available " - total scam. So you can easily never ever get a lesson. UPDATE: I WAITED A FULL 8 WEEKS AND STILL NO INTRO LESSON. EVEN AFTER THEY ASKED ME FOR UPDATED AVAILABILITY. I DEMAND A REFUND AND DONT BOTHER STRINGING ME ALONG WITH MORE PROMISES OF A LESSON "SOON".
