Swim now was the best thing I did. I panicked too much , I needed to regain my confidence the one to one intruction over the course gave me that. Evie my instructor was excellent. I went from doing a couple of strokes to doing lengths of the pool. At 75 years old I can now enjoy holidays with my family knowing I don't have to sit at the side of the pool. 13 best weeks of my life, thank you swim now.
