I had a terrible experience with Swim Now. I initially discussed and booked a taster session for a specific date, which they later changed to a different date. At the time, I was available, but I later became unavailable due to personal circumstances and requested an alternative date. They refused to accommodate me, told me I had lost the £40 I had already paid, and demanded another £40 to book a new session. I find this completely unethical and unfair treatment of customers. I would strongly recommend staying away from this company.
