I paid for my first lesson on 9th January which was supposed to happen on 3rd February. At which point I would decide if I would continue. A week later I received a call to say the instructor had resigned and they would keep me updated when a new one has been hired and should be in time for the 3rd. I heard nothing for weeks so I emailed again when the 3rd was approaching. At that point I was told it will take 2-4 more weeks and not to worry my ‘slot was secure’. I asked for my money to be refunded and for them to get in touch once their instructor hire issue was resolved. No refund was given. Since then I have requested a refund on multiple occasions, there is no longer any response. Awful customer experience for non-existent service.
