He competed for the next 2 days in the other new tech suit that was ordered with the tech suit that ripped and no issues at all. THE SUIT WAS EITHER USED OR DEFECTIVE FROM THE BEGINNING AND A REFUSAL TO REPLACE WAS DETERMINED BEFORE INFORMATION WAS PROVIDED. LITERALLY CALLED FROM 2 CELL PHONES AND ON HOLD FOR 15 MINUTS ON BOTH BEFORE PROMPTED TO LEAVE A MESSAGE. AI GENERATED CHAT EVEN NEEDED ASSISTANCE AND WENT MIA. TOTALLY UNPREFESSIONALISM WITH SECOND REP DEE WHOSE PHOTO WAS UNPROFESSIONAL AND LOOKED LIKE A MUGSHOT. UNREAL AS I THOUGHT I WAS SPEAKING WITH A TEMP OR AFTERHOURS DURING THE DAY TIME REP WHO WAS SIMPLY SCRIPTED TO DENY REPLACEMENTS. -5 STARS.
