Renting a pool is fun. The customer service is terrible. My family used Swimply a couple of times this summer, and the pools were nice and the owners were fine. But then a charge for a subscription for the app showed up on my account. I didn't order this service. When I tried to cancel the service in the app, it was not possible. The "button" to do so was only partially viewable and not clickable. Finally, navigating through exhaustingly unhelpful bots to finally get to someone I think was a person, I explained the issue. Not only would they not refund the two months of subscription they took from my bank account, they informed me that even if I cancelled it, they would bill me for an additional month because they don't cancel services mid-month. Ridiculous. So I would say families beware. Watch your bill.
