The item arrived promptly and was well packaged! Everything looks as advertised out of the box. I've had limited use due to dry conditions right now; I noticed that if the sponges are too wet, they can leak, but you need enough moisture for it to work effectively. I tried cleaning a particularly dirty ball, but it didn't meet my expectations. I hope it performs better in winter conditions. It looks good on my golf bag and is easy to access, although separating the two sides can be a bit tricky. Would I recommend it to another golfer? I'll hold off for now, especially since a bag towel is much cheaper!
