The design is fine, but the build quality is terrible. The warranty claim process is tedious, requiring multiple photo uploads, and seems designed to frustrate consumers into giving up. It took nearly three months to get a response, which was a 15% discount code for another subpar product, after completing another lengthy process. My takeaway is to avoid this brand entirely.
