I purchased a backpack that was never delivered due to a missing suite number in the address. Despite receiving a notification from UPS, the package was not delivered and was eventually returned to the Swissgear warehouse.Since then, I’ve made numerous attempts to contact Swissgear for assistance, but most of my emails have been ignored. According to their website, my order is marked as “delivered,” yet I’ve received nothing and am now struggling to obtain a refund.The only responses I’ve received—primarily from a representative named Calvin—have been vague and unhelpful, with messages like “We will get this out asap” or “A refund is being processed. Please allow 2–4 business days.” Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this site to anyone based on my experience.
