Purchased new Swiss Gear soft side luggage from Walmart. Paid about $70 but didn't save the receipt.The third use of the suitcase the retractable handle broke and wouldn't retract. Reached out to Swiss Gear and they couldn't help since I didn't have the original receipt. I asked twice if I could purchase a new handle assembly, but they would not respond to this request. Stay away from this vendor. Many negative reviews all over the internet
