I sent my watch to the platform as I no longer needed it. The price offered was better than any other retailer, which I appreciated. I was informed it would be held for at least 60 days depending on the sale. My watch sold on the very last day, and I was kept updated on the process. Once the buyer completed the transaction, I waited 14 days for any possible returns. I received my payment on the agreed date, and I can't praise this process and the company enough.
