I am absolutely appalled and disgusted at receiving an email billing us for damage for a car. We left the car at a dealership as agreed and it took them 13 days to pick it up from there. It advises if there is a dispute to send in writing. Why can we not spk to someone? This seems like a money racket to me. I have heard of several similar stories.
