Fabulous service provided by Ben at Switch Cycles!I was advised by MiRider to take my bike to Switch Cycles to undertake work under warranty. What I loved about the service was that Ben was really responsive and proactive. I dropped the bike on Saturday and it was ready like clockwork on the Sunday for collection. Ben had taken extra care to fix a few extra bits and cleaned the bike up as well as charging it up for me. Ben knows his stuff and it’s lovely to have an expert store so close in case you need it.
