We chose to invest in a couple of SW James settees as we were tired of cycle of replacing furniture in our previous house. because of the value of the spend we chose to visit SW James's showroom to sit on what we would purchase. on the said day we were met by Warren who gently walked and guided us through acquiring a hand-made settee process. Never pushed and never hurried, was a lovely experience and in our mind the correct way to buy, very much worth the effort and distance. SW James were willing to accommodate a relatively short duration delivery, for Christmas. We chose to let their crafts-people deliver in time and the wait was very much worth the lovely 2 settees we proudly have in our living room ...... we would and will do again, the lady in our house is already speaking about one for our lower seating area.
